Eirwen Mathias has a long history as a respected financial director, having worked at TABS since 1994. Previous to this she was financial director of Rhondda Enterprise. Eirwen is responsible for the day-to-day administration and  human resource management of TABS.

Paul Atkins is currently teaching and designing courses in ICT, Media and employablity. Previously he had been involved in event promotion and audio engineering. As Project Manager he is responsible for getting off the ground and co-ordinating the many projects TABS undertake.

Paul Nagle has been managing director of TABS since 1994. Previous to this he had 38 years’ experience in programming, systems analysis and private training.

Paul is an OCR qualified assessor and internal verifier and has worker for over 10 years as an OCR external verifier. He is an Associate Tutor at the University of Swansea and the University of Glamorgan, specialising in ICT and Community Regeneration. He has also held the post of Vice-Chair of the University of the Valleys. In addition he has an impressive research portfolio having undertaken research work for the Welsh Development Agency (WDA) and ELWa in E-learning and social enterprise incubation.

Paul has recently been awarded the 2012 Leading Wales award in ‘Leadership in Social Enterprise’. His main areas of interest are creative and strategic management of new community enterprises.

Working primarily at The Factory Media Centre in Porth, Oscar's background is in video editing and media production and graphic design and currently produces media for TABS and for clients of Purple Sheep Digital as well as offering tutoring in various aspects of digital and new media.
